Vaccines Can Help Prevent a Surge of COVID-19 Infections

COVID numbers are rising in my area although not at the super high numbers we’ve seen in the past Winter and Summer of 2021. We do have the opportunity at this point to prevent a surge of infections, hospitalizations and deaths by using what we have learned throughout the pandemic and taking advantage of all of our tools, especially vaccinations. COVID 19 vaccines are safe and they work. Now is a great time to get started, complete your primary series, get your first booster, and get a second booster if you are high risk because of age, health or job.
